Hollie Contreras is a native Texan and has 15 years in the catering/culinary scene in the DFW area. She owned her own catering company, Tastefully Devine, for seven years and went on be a private chef specializing in Southern Hospitality. Before coming to the Bolsa team, she was also a competitive chef featured on “Good Morning America”, “Master Chef: Season 1”, and was a regular on Good Day Dallas. Her passion lies in creating the perfect event with inventive menus all while serving the client with superb customer service.
Hollie is a sales associate at Bolsa Mercado. Her responsibilities include inquiries, tours, event coordination, vendor liaison, facility rental sales, and customer interface.
