When we opened Bolsa in 2008, we set out to bring the best local, organic and sustainable food to Dallas. Our goal was to support our local farmers, encourage food sustainability & make great food at an affordable price. Our efforts were rewarded and we won Restaurant of the Year from D Magazine, Four Stars from Dallas Morning News, as well as national recognition from GQ, The New York Times and Esquire. More importanly, we built a loyal following of happy customers.
In December 2011, we opened Bolsa Mercado with the goal of bringing the same principles to your events. Our relationships with our farmers and ranchers along with the passion and expertise of our chef, Justo Blanco, make each catering event a truly unique experience.
